James Contestable

James Contestable, M.D., FAAD, is a dermatologist specializing in Mohs surgery and facial plastic reconstruction. Currently serving as a Mohs surgeon in the US Navy, James has also recently completed a fellowship at Zitelli and Brodland, PC. Their previous experience includes roles as a flight surgeon and a dermatologist at various naval medical centers, alongside part-time work at Dermatology Associates of Coastal Carolina. James has contributed to the community as a volunteer dermatologist at The Addis Clinic, providing pro-bono telemedicine services to those in need. They hold multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and have completed a dermatology residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego.
