James Gallagher

James Gallagher has extensive experience in the United States Navy, serving in various roles since 1991. Key positions include Groom Team Leader at the Submarine Surveillance Equipment Program from April 2003 to May 2005, Facility Manager at the Naval Research Laboratory from September 2008 to January 2014, and Limited Duty Officer with the US Navy from May 2005 to the present.
