JAMES HICKS

James Hicks is an experienced Area Operations Leading Chief Petty Officer at the 30th Naval Construction Regiment, a position held since 2020. They have served as a Senior Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy since 1998 and previously held various leadership roles, including Regional Active Duty Fund Drive Chairman for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society in 2020 and Utilities & Energy Management Director of Operations at NAVFAC from 2013 to 2015. Their commitment to military excellence is further reflected in their training at the U.S. Naval War College in 2018, and they are currently pursuing education at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
