James McLaughlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in naval operations and engineering. Serving in the US Navy from September 2017 to October 2019, McLaughlin held various key positions including Combat Systems Officer, Weapons and Tactics Instructor, Chief Engineer, and Staff Chief Engineer for Littoral Combat Ships in the 7th Fleet.
