Jared Matson

Jared Matson is an experienced Project Manager and Engineer currently serving as the Reserve Program Director at Commander Naval Surface Group Southeast. They have held various leadership positions in the U.S. Navy, including commanding officer of a Navy Reserve Unit and Fleet Liaison Officer, where they demonstrated exceptional management and relationship-building skills. Jared's career in project management includes roles at International Paper and Gryphon Technologies, where they successfully executed multimillion-dollar projects and enhanced operational efficiencies. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and are pursuing an MBA at Boston University.
