Jason Zeda

Jason Zeda, PE, has extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly within the U.S. Navy where contributions spanned from August 2017 to August 2023. As a NAVFAC Public Works manager, responsibilities included overseeing facilities management and sustainment programs remotely while serving as the Deputy Public Works Officer on-site at NAS JRB Fort Worth. Previous roles in the Navy encompassed a wide range of positions, such as Facility Investment Budget Analyst and Congressional Liaison at the Pentagon, Director of Facilities and Resident Officer in Charge of Construction in Japan and California, and Mechanical Engineering Instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy. Additionally, Jason held the position of NAVFAC SE Project Manager and served as an Aviation Construction Manager at CH2M, focusing on design-build construction efforts. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Tulane University.
