Jay Hamilton is an experienced officer with over 26 years in operational logistics planning, supply chain management, and financial management within the Department of Defense. Currently serving as the Officer in Charge at the NAVSUP Ammunition Logistics Center, Jay has previously held various leadership roles, including Director of Facilities Sustainment at the Defense Logistics Agency and Lead Logistics Planner for the Commander, Pacific Fleet. Jay holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and completed the Duke Leadership Program. Additionally, Jay is a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps and a qualified logistics planner.
