Jeff Bowman

Jeff Bowman is currently a Commanding Officer and Professor of Naval Science at the NROTC Houston Consortium. Previously, they served as the Director of Plans and Policy for U.S. Naval Forces Central Command and held various command roles within the US Navy. Jeff completed a Master’s degree in Strategy and Policy from the Naval War College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the State University of New York at Albany. Additionally, they are certified as a Six Sigma Greenbelt and completed training as a Naval Flight Officer Instructor and Weapons and Tactics Instructor.
