Jeff Laird

Jeff Laird is a professional pilot and HR manager with over 19 years of experience in the U.S. Navy. Laird served as an Aircraft Carrier Flight Deck Officer and Chief Pilot, leading teams in daily operations, training, and aerial firefighting missions. In addition, Laird directed the Navy Reserve's HR programs and managed assessments for over 250 pilots. Laird holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, an M.B.A. from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and completed military joint operations planning and strategy at USAF Air Command and Staff College. Laird also worked as a tour pilot at San Diego Sky Tours, providing customized flight experiences.
