Jeffrey Brown

Jeffrey Brown is a transitioning Naval Officer with extensive experience in military leadership and aerospace maintenance. They served in the US Navy from 2000 to 2021 as an Aerospace Maintenance Duty Officer and later as a Commander at the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training from 2021 to 2025, where they directed a global aviation technical training command, overseeing a budget of $54.4 million and managing 140 staff and 3,000 instructors. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chowan University and dual Master's degrees in Project Management from Western Carolina University and Engineering Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School. Currently, they are continuing their transition within the Navy as they plan their next career steps.
