John Lalli

John Lalli is a retired Naval Lieutenant Commander with extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Project Management within submarine and surface operations. They specialized in ship safety, fire and flooding prevention, and the training of personnel in high-risk environments. Lalli served as a Ship Safety Specialist at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and held various positions within the US Navy, including Nuclear Prototype Instructor and Quality Assurance Director for Undersea Systems. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and an Associate's Degree in Nuclear Power Technology from Coastline Community College.
