John Ludden

Chief Petty Officer

John Ludden is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the U.S. Navy, serving as Chief Petty Officer since June 2009. Currently, John is a Military Fellow at Idaho National Laboratory, where participation in a DoD/DHS-supported research fellowship emphasizes energy security, infrastructure resilience, and renewable integration. In addition to maintaining active affiliation with the INL, which includes access to DOE systems and research computing environments, John is pursuing a doctoral degree in Homeland Security at St. John's University and has completed a Master’s in Professional Studies with a focus on Counterterrorism from Penn State University, as well as a Bachelor’s in International Relations from American Military University. Furthering executive leadership knowledge, John is set to attend the Executive Leaders Program at the Naval Postgraduate School.
