John Riggs

John "Jetter" Riggs is a seasoned Senior Operations and Program Management Leader with extensive experience in military strategy and international relations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Special Operations Command Pacific, they lead complex planning and program development across the Western Pacific region. Previously, they held significant roles such as Deputy Director of Operations at US Special Operations Command Korea and Director of Operations at U.S. Africa Command, where they effectively managed substantial budgets and fostered international military cooperation. Jetter holds multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive Certificate in Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Arts in Military Joint Operations Planning from American Military University.
