John Rothacker

John Rothacker is the CEO of Retired US Navy, where they leverage extensive leadership experience gained during their service. Since 2010, they have held the position of Executive Director at the TRICARE Area Office Pacific. Prior to this, Rothacker served at the Naval Center for Combat and Operational Stress Control from 2008 to 2010 and held various roles at Naval Hospital Guam from 1995 to 2000. They earned a BSN in Nursing from the State University of New York and a MA in Management from Webster University.
