John Senior

John Senior is the Director of Continuous Process Improvement at the Fleet Readiness Center West, where they are responsible for developing policies and training strategies to enhance operational efficiency. They previously served as a Management and Program Analyst for the Department of Navy and as a Continuous Process Improvement Program Manager at TSM Corporation, where they achieved significant cost savings and efficiency improvements. John also held the position of Aviation Machinist's Mate Senior Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy, where they implemented Lean Six Sigma strategies across multiple production divisions. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College.
