Jonathan Gandy

Jonathan Gandy, PE, is an Engineering and Planning Officer with extensive experience in fleet maintenance and military operations. They possess strong skills in project management, operational planning, quality assurance, and process improvement, supported by an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. They have served in various capacities within the US Navy, including as a Submarine Officer and Chief Engineer, and have held leadership roles within both the Navy and Amazon, where they developed and oversaw technical projects. Currently, they lead efforts at Norfolk Naval Shipyard to manage engineering and planning operations across multiple technical divisions.
