Kerry Higgins

Kerry Higgins is a Senior Ship Design Manager at the U.S. Navy, where they lead systems engineering at Naval Sea Systems Command in Washington, D.C. With extensive experience in both active and reserve roles in the U.S. Coast Guard, Kerry served as a Lieutenant Commander and held various operational and executive positions between 2002 and 2006. They also worked as a Superintendent Engineer for Osprey Ship Management and a Commissioning Engineer for Alstom Power. Kerry earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a Master of Engineering in Ocean Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
