Kyle Silva

Kyle Silva is a transitioning Submarine Warfare Officer with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. Currently serving as the Lead Shift Engineer, Kyle supervises a team of 133 personnel in the secure management of a naval nuclear reactor. Previously, as a Division Officer onboard the USS Nevada, Kyle honed project management skills while overseeing the maintenance of a $2 billion warship and developed training programs for 160 personnel. Kyle holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech.
