Lisa Broadfield has extensive experience in both military and educational roles. Currently serving in the US Navy since January 2004, Lisa specializes in Aviation and focuses on career development, education, and training. Prior experience includes serving as a lifeguard and swimming instructor for the Town of Hamden from 1995 to 2004, as well as mentoring college students through Student Mentor Partners from 2011 to 2012. Academically, Lisa holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Master of Science in the same field from Walden University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Studies from Southern Connecticut State University and a Sport Psychology Graduate Certificate from California Southern University.
