Mark Enoch

Mark Enoch possesses extensive experience in financial management and budgeting, with a distinguished career spanning various roles in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. As Comptroller for Navy Installations Command and Deputy Comptroller for Naval Forces Europe and Africa, Mark has led teams in financial operations, including managing accounting, audit readiness, and payroll functions. Previous positions include Financial Management Officer in the Marine Corps, Assistant Director of Finance at the U.S. Department of Justice, and Senior Budget Analyst within the Department of Defense. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University and an MBA from The George Washington University.
