Matt Ildine

Matt Missildine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the military and private sectors. Currently serving as an Explosive Safety Officer for the US Navy since October 2022, Matt previously held the position of Market Development Specialist at Sazerac Company from May 2021 to October 2022, and served as Florida Market Manager at Hotel Tango Distillery from September 2020 to May 2021. Prior to these roles, Matt enjoyed a long career with the US Navy, retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer in June 2020, and has also held leadership roles such as Senior Enlisted Leader with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) and Recruit Division Commander at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes. Academically, Matt has earned a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisville, a Graduate Certificate in Criminal Justice Education from the University of Virginia, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
