MATTHEW WALTER

Matthew Walter is a seasoned Combat Systems Maintenance Officer in the U.S. Navy, currently serving on the USS Blue Ridge LCC-19. From 2008 to 2011, they supervised a team of 15 technical maintenance personnel as the Electronics Division Supervisor aboard the USS Benfold DDG-65, focusing on RF communications and radar systems. Matthew held key roles at various Navy installations, including Executive Officer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, and Weapons and Ordnance Officer at Guantanamo Bay from 2020 to 2023. They have also contributed as a Technical Instructor at the US Navy Electronics School and managed significant communication operations during critical missions. Matthew is pursuing an Associate's degree in Electronics from Coastline Community College and a Bachelor's degree from Excelsior University.
