McCarthy James

McCarthy James is the Vice President of Naval Programs at Cypress International, a position held since 2018. With over 20 years of executive experience in Navy budgeting, acquisition, and risk management, McCarthy has managed large organizations and excelled in subordinate development. Previously, they served in various leadership roles in the U.S. Navy, including Commanding Officer of the USS Lake Champlain and the USS Donald Cook. McCarthy holds an MBA in Finance from Marymount University and a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University.
