Michael Armetta is presently an Operations and Maintenance Manager at HSC-21, overseeing the maintenance of 19 H-60S Helicopters and 4 Unmanned Aerial Vehicles with a team of 485 Sailors. Previously, they held various leadership positions in the US Navy, including Maintenance Chief on the USS Carl Vinson and Safety Manager on the USS Theodore Roosevelt during combat deployment. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and completed military leadership training at the Senior Enlisted Academy in Newport, RI.
