Michael O'Donnell is an experienced professional currently serving as the Securities Commissioner for the Missouri Secretary of State since January 2025, overseeing the enforcement of securities laws to protect investors. O'Donnell has a long-standing career with the US Navy, holding the rank of Lieutenant Commander since March 2005, with roles spanning from Operations Officer to Intelligence Department Head. Additionally, O'Donnell served as a State Representative and Chairman of the Financial Institutions Committee in the Missouri House of Representatives from January 2019 to January 2025, where legislative initiatives were developed to benefit the state.
