Mike Brown

Mike Brown is a Rear Admiral in the U.S. Navy with over 30 years of experience as an information warfare practitioner and defense expert. They currently serve as the Reserve Deputy for Information Warfare at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations and have held various commanding and leadership roles within the U.S. Navy Reserve. Previously, Mike worked as the Assistant for Plans and Posture at the United States Department of Defense, focusing on policy for U.S. forces and national interests. They hold a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tulane University.
