Mike Dolbec

Mike Dolbec has held several key positions within U.S. Cyber Command from March 2023 to April 2024, including Navy Element Chief of Staff, Director Joint Operations Center, Chief Current Operations Division (J33), and Office In Charge - Task Force Readiness. Prior to that, Mike Dolbec served in the US Navy from June 2002 to April 2005, where notable roles included Junior Officer on the USS SEAWOLF, Commanding Officer of the USS TEXAS during two deployments, and Commodore of the Unmanned Undersea Vehicle Group ONE. Educational credentials include a degree in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College, a Master’s in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor’s in Ocean Sciences from Maine Maritime Academy.
