Pat Shea

Pat Shea is the Training, Exercises, and Assessments Director at United States Naval Forces Southern Command. Previously, Shea served as the Chief Executive Officer of the American Red Cross North Florida Region, where they led initiatives to enhance disaster preparedness and community resiliency across 34 counties. Pat's extensive military background includes roles such as Director of Assessment and Commanding Officer on various naval vessels, where they were responsible for operations supporting national security objectives. They hold an MBA in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor's degree in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy, along with a Master's in National Security Policy Studies from the Naval War College.
