Patrick Kelly is the Sustainment Wholeness Division Chief at NAVSEA O6 and has served as a Supply Officer in the US Navy since 1999. Previously, Patrick worked as an Assistant Manager at Food Lion from 1991 to 1998. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and possesses two degrees from Virginia Tech: a BA in History and an MAED in Curriculum and Instruction.
