Paul Wolfinger

Paul Wolfinger, P.E., is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field, encompassing all aspects from conceptual to detailed design, project engineering, and installation supervision. They have served as the Manager of Design at RPA Engineering since 2012 and hold the position of Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy Reserve. Additionally, Paul is a Board Member of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers and has teaching experience as an Adjunct Professor in Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer at Penn State Berks. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
