Peter Dwyer

Peter Dwyer is the President and Senior Consultant at Dwyer Strategies, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in unmanned aerial systems and public policy since March 2016. Dwyer has extensive experience as a Naval Officer with the US Navy, serving as a Naval Aviator and a former Legislative Branch Action Officer since May 2001. Prior to founding Dwyer Strategies, Dwyer worked as a Project Manager at CSRA Inc from October 2009 to March 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from George Mason University, a Masters Certificate in National Security Policy Studies from The Naval War College, an MPS in Security and Safety Leadership from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature from the United States Naval Academy.
