Re Bynum

Re Bynum is a performance-driven senior executive currently serving as the Deputy Branch Head of Sailor and Family Programs at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV N1). With over 20 years of experience in the US Navy, Bynum has held numerous leadership roles, including Commanding Officer at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center - Jacksonville, where they managed multiple supply chain programs and earned several Navy awards. Known for their strong leadership and communication skills, Bynum has directed logistics strategies for significant operations, including humanitarian efforts in East Africa, while managing substantial budgets and diverse teams. They are actively pursuing a Master's Degree in Management at Troy University and hold a BS in Mathematics from Southern University.
