Rich Correll is an experienced professional in military affairs with a background spanning over a decade in senior leadership roles within the US Navy and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Correll served as the Military Assistant to the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy from July 2009 to June 2010, offering direct support on strategic policy issues vital to national security. Subsequently, Correll held the position of Commodore of Submarine Squadron ELEVEN from July 2010 to June 2012, overseeing the operational readiness of six submarines and a staff of over 1200 personnel. Currently, Correll is the Director of the Submarine/Nuclear Power Distribution Control Division, managing personnel policies for approximately 5000 nuclear-trained officers.
