Rob Ryerson is a seasoned Surface Warfare Officer serving in the US Navy since May 2009, with a diverse range of roles including Operations Officer and Plans and Tactics Officer aboard USS COWPENS (CG 63) and USS JOHN PAUL JONES (DDG 53), respectively. Additionally, Rob has experience as a Fire Control Officer on USS ARLEIGH BURKE (DDG 51) and Electrical Officer on USS OAK HILL (LSD 51). Rob has also held positions such as Company Officer at the United States Naval Academy and Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations (N3) at US Naval Forces Korea. Previous roles include serving as a Missile Defense Officer at USNORTHCOM. Academic qualifications include a Master’s of Professional Studies in Leadership Education and Development from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
