Robert Hightower is an experienced law enforcement professional with a diverse background. Serving as a Police Lieutenant with the City of Austin from September 1997 to August 2017, Robert held significant responsibilities while previously working as a Police Officer for Northside ISD from February 1995 to September 1997, where the role included serving as a campus officer and addressing substance abuse issues.
