Robin Locksley is the Director of the Operational Test and Evaluation Force at the Department of Navy, a position held since 2022. Previously, Robin served as Deputy Commander of OPTEVFOR from 2019 to 2022, and as Director of Flight Test Engineering at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division from 2015 to 2019. Robin has also held significant roles in the Naval Air Systems Command, including Assistant Program Executive Officer for T&E of Unmanned Aviation Systems and Division Head for Systems Test and Experimentation Management. Robin earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, along with specialized training at The United States Naval Test Pilot School.
