Ron Cole

Ron Cole, CISM, is the Director of CIO4 - Operational Technology at the US Naval Facilities Engineering Command, EURAFCENT, where they apply extensive cyber security skills and project management experience amassed over a 20-year career in Information Technology. Previously, Ron served as IT Manager at Innovative Electronic Designs, managing the company's entire technology infrastructure, and held various roles within the US Army, including Team Lead for Vulnerability and Compliance Management. Additionally, they have contributed as Branch Chief at Joint Service Provider and as a Senior Network Engineer at Rivera Consulting Group, demonstrating leadership and expertise in managing complex IT projects and environments. In the early years, Ron began their career as a Fire Control Technician in the U.S. Navy, where they operated and maintained missile launching systems aboard submarines.
