Ryan Brack is currently a Fellow at the Severn Leadership Group, participating in a program designed to cultivate effective leaders through mentorship and practical insights. Previously, Ryan served as a Test Pilot School Instructor and Developmental Test Pilot in the US Navy from 2021 to 2023. Ryan also held the position of Department Head and Officer in Charge at HSM-37 from 2018 to 2021, and completed training as a Student Test Pilot at the US Naval Test Pilot School from 2014 to 2015. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
