Ryan Dickover

Ryan Dickover is a business systems analyst with a focus on the quantitative evaluation of computer systems in military environments, particularly for acquisition purposes. They have served as the Director of eBusiness Policy and Oversight for the US Navy since 2012, overseeing the acquisition and contracting system portfolio. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Naval Sea Systems Command as the eBusiness Program Manager and held the position of Contracting Officer at the Naval Supply Systems Command. Ryan also served as the Deputy Command Information Officer at Naval Facilities Engineering Command, concentrating on information assurance and ERP implementation. They hold a PhD in Information Systems Management from Capella University, an MBA in Information Technology Management from Old Dominion University, and a BA in Philosophy and East Asian Political Science from the same institution.
