Ryan Helbick

Ryan Helbick is a highly motivated leader with over 20 years of experience in the U.S. Navy, currently serving as a Senior Enlisted Leader and Activity Security Manager at the US Navy Learning Site Pearl Harbor. Previously, Ryan held the position of Senior Fleet Technical Assistance and Chief Security Officer at the Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center, specializing in technical training and security investigations. Ryan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Excelsior College and ongoing studies in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Excelsior University. With extensive expertise in adult education, personnel management, and engineering systems, Ryan continues to foster learning and security within the Navy.
