Ryan Ilagan

Ryan Ilagan is a Master Diver with the US Navy, currently serving since 2021. They have extensive experience in various diving roles, including as a leading chief petty officer and a submarine rescue supervisor. Prior to their current position, Ryan managed diving operations with the Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit and coordinated logistics for explosive ordnance disposal units. They also worked as an underwater ships husbandry diving supervisor and served aboard the USS Frank Cable, overseeing significant postal operations. Ryan is pursuing a degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
