Ryan Kinkade

Ryan Kinkade is an attorney with a diverse legal background and extensive experience in military justice. They served as a District Executive for Circle 10 Council BSA, where they led fundraising efforts and managed a significant number of youth units. As a Judicial Law Clerk for the 254th Family Court, Ryan worked closely with Honorable Judge Susan Rankin. Currently, as a Navy Judge Advocate General officer and Special Victim Prosecutor, Ryan handles a varied caseload for the US Navy and USMC in the Pacific Northwest. They hold a Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law and have also studied abroad at the Universidad de Granada.
