Sal S.

Sal S. has over two decades of experience with the US Navy, holding various leadership positions such as Supervisor of Salvage and Diving and Director of Ocean Engineering, as well as Executive Officer and Director of Operations at Supervisor of Shipbuilding - Gulf Coast. Notable roles include Test and Evaluation Director for the Amphibious Warfare Program Office, DDG51 Class Program Manager’s Representative, and Production Officer for DDG 1000. Sal S. also has academic experience as an Associate Professor of Naval Science at the US Merchant Marine Academy, following education that includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. Additionally, Sal S. completed executive education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
