Shannon Daniel possesses extensive experience in military operations and program management, with a focus on unmanned marine systems and explosive ordnance disposal. As a Technical Program Manager for the US Navy from May 2021 to December 2022, Shannon led training and development initiatives for explosive special operations forces and managed a significant operations team. Previous roles include overseeing operations in sensitive environments as an Operations Supervisor, ensuring quality as an Aircraft Structural Mechanic, and developing training curricula as an EOD Supervisor. Currently, Shannon serves as the Director of West Coast Business Development for the Navy Special Operations Foundation and recently completed a fellowship with The Honor Foundation.
