Sin Pheiffer

Deputy Foreign Policy Advisor to the Chief of Naval Operations

Sin Pheiffer is a Naval Foreign Area Officer and Indo-Pacific regional specialist currently serving as the Deputy Foreign Policy Advisor to the Chief of Naval Operations. With over 12 years of experience, Sin has worked in shipboard operations, military diplomacy, and interagency matters. Previously, Sin served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy and held the position of White House Fellow at the National Security Council, contributing to significant diplomatic initiatives. Sin holds a Master of Arts in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology from Tulane University.
