Steve Spear

Steve Spear is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory roles and academia. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor to the Chief of Naval Research at the US Navy and holding the position of Principal at HVE LLC, Steve also founded and co-created See to Solve. Additionally, Steve is a Senior Lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a member of the Board of Advisors for the Common Mission Project. Steve's academic background includes a Doctorate in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and studies at Stanford University.
