Thomas Dotstry is an executive leader with extensive experience in military operations and engineering. From 2008 to 2010, they served in the US Navy as a Junior Officer, leading operational teams and overseeing nuclear reactor safety compliance. They continued their naval career, becoming the Executive Officer of the USS LOUISIANA (SSBN 743) in 2019. Additionally, Dotstry held the position of Defense Fellow in the US Senate from 2017 to 2019. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel in 2006.
