Tim Berry

Tim Berry is an experienced naval officer with a background in helicopter instruction and operational leadership. Serving in the US Navy from July 2015 to April 2022, Tim progressed from an operational pilot to instructor and program lead, managing pilot training pipelines and leading mission planning for deployments. As Assistant Air Department Head on USS Boxer from April 2022 to January 2024, Tim led 196 sailors through a significant maintenance transition, implementing F-35 flight operations and developing a custom flight deck planning tool. Currently, as a Future Capabilities and Requirements Action Officer at the Undersea Warfare Development Center, Tim focuses on integrating technology and strategy to enhance undersea warfare capabilities. Tim holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
