Todd Eddy

Todd Eddy serves as the Deputy Director and Chief Information Officer at the C4 Systems Directorate of the US Navy, responsible for advising leadership on information technology matters crucial for the US-Japan alliance and regional operations since January 2018. Prior experience includes roles such as Deputy G6 at US Army Pacific and Director of Operations, overseeing strategic communications planning and execution in the Pacific Theater, in addition to managerial positions at United States Army Japan and DISA NORTHCOM, focusing on information management and operational oversight.
