Will Ayscue is currently a Student Naval Aviator with the US Navy, beginning in July 2023. Previously, Will served as an Engineer at SOCOTEC USA from October 2022 to July 2023, delivering specialized engineering solutions across various industries, focusing on structural evaluation, CAD modeling, FEA, and materials testing. Ayscue gained hands-on experience as a Deckhand on the lobster boat Mary Marjorie from April to August 2022. During the Aircraft Design I and II Capstone Course, Ayscue led a team in designing a conceptual light attack aircraft, managing team dynamics and integrating vehicle systems for military standards. Will also worked as a Research Intern at Investor Group Services in 2019, analyzing market trends and delivering insights through reports. Additionally, Ayscue demonstrated leadership as a Cabin Leader and Assistant Waterfront Director at YMCA Camp Belknap from 2016 to 2019. Ayscue holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Virginia, completed in 2021, following education at Phillips Exeter Academy from 2013 to 2017.
